Nano-zinc oxide has a strong inhibitory effect on escherichia coli and staphylococcus aureus, and can inhibit the growth of prokaryotic cells, eukaryotic cells and escherichia coli in vitro. Moreover, with the increase of zinc oxide content, its antibacterial ability is improved, and the action time between nano-zinc oxide and bacteria also affects the bactericidal ability. Under the condition of light, nano-zinc oxide has more obvious bacteriostatic effect, nano-zinc oxide also has inhibitory effect on other bacteria, can be used as preservative, conditioner, etc.
