Function of Moxonidine
1. When combined with beta blockers, a reduction in blood pressure occurs at first, followed by a stronger rebound.
2. Combination with other antihypertensive drugs can enhance the antihypertensive effect of this product.
3. When combined with benzazoline, it can weaken the antihypertensive effect of the product.
4. When combined with alcohol, tranquilizer or anesthetic, it can enhance its antihypertensive effect

Moxonidine is a white powder, it's antihypertensive action has no obvious relationship with the binding of alpha 2 adrenergic receptor.
